Instructions - Spatial-Form

Assume all the blocks are the same size. Include the blocks you can’t see when counting the number of blocks.

What is Spatial Form?

Think of Tony Stark in Marvel’s Iron Man. Instead of looking at data on a flat plane, Stark’s digital holograms let him interact with his work in three dimensions, rotating them, changing them, all without having a single real thing in front of him. Someone with a strong spatial visualization aptitude can do that in their head. Other people, like Tony, rely on software to help them better visualize.

Example 2

1. How many blocks?

  • 10
